No masks are designed or intended to prevent, treat, cure or mitigate any health conditions, viruses or disease, this includes the novel Coronavirus/Covid-19. Any mask is intended for the general public use only, as face coverings and not a preventive device. Our masks are non sterile and not meant to be used in surgical settings, nor are they meant to be used in settings where hazardous toxin fluids are to be expected, or where the risk of exposure to hazardous fumes is high, or anywhere near any intense heat or flammable gas.

Non medical masks are not to be deemed as surgical masks, filtering respirators(N95 Masks) or personal protective equipment.

As per sizing, Adult masks are not meant to be used by children aged 13 or under, and children masks are not meant for children under the age of 3. It is strongly recommended that children wearing masks are closely supervised.

Masks should not be used by or placed on individuals who have been told by a doctor to not wear a mask.
Masks are provided as is, no refunds or exchanges are permitted, due to health and safety concerns. Key Masks disclaims any claims claiming that our masks prevent infections or the transmission of the Coronavirus, or any other viruses or diseases. Masks are not a substitute for professional medical advice, treatment and diagnosis.

As per the quality and performance of the products, if they are deficient in any way, we will work out a solution with the buyer.
